This is not unsolicited, this is an "opt-in" program. You will not, and can not be entered into this program without an intentional act on your part to join.

I have made it as easy as possible to join this wonderful program, all you have to do is to send an email to my email address. What could be simpler? You can do this directly from your corporate office, or from any one of you partner sites, affiliate sites, sponsor sites or any one doing business with, or on behalf of <Insert Company Name Here>.

How do you benefit from this program.....
    1. Each and every email will be opened, read and all links clicked on. Any needed corrections to the spelling, grammar and html coding will be corrected and emailed back to the sender of the message and/or an additional email address you supply.
    2. You can feel good that you are not "SPAMMING," that your email is not being sent to uninterested parties. Quite the opposite, your email is my job and I welcome your emails.
    3. You will be able to sell my email address to any other online marketers, this permission to sell my address will make my email address more valuable to you. Once these other online marketers enroll in "Dave's Email Service," you will be eligible to receive up to 2% commission on all emails received that are referred by you. (We do require written notice regarding the marketing companies you work with to insure proper credit of your account.)

Upon receipt of any email from <Insert Company Name Here>, or it's partner sites, affiliate sites, sponsor sites or any one doing business with, or on behalf of <Insert Company Name Here> to my email address, <Insert Company Name Here> agrees to pay Dave Cushman the amount of $125.00 (U.S.) for each email received, within 5 business days of the receipt of the email.

Remember, this is an opt-in program. If you do not wish to join this program and abide by all rules and policies, simply do not send, or have any email sent to me on your behalf.
